Analyser for specific (total) conductivity, cation (acid) conductivity, and degassed cation conductivity.
The AMI Deltacon DG is an analyser that measures specific conductivity (SC), cation conductivity (CACE) with cation resin column, and degassed cation conductivity (DCACE) using a reboiler for sample degassing. The instrument also calculates sample pH and alkalising agent concentration based on differential conductivity. It enables precise detection of anionic impurities separately from CO₂, ensuring optimal steam and condensate quality in power and industrial plants.

Transmitter AMI Deltacon DG, electronic heater controller, sample reboiler unit and three conductivity sensors UP-CON1000-SL in flow cells Catcon-Plus-SL and B-Flow UP-CON-SL, mounted on a stainless steel panel and ready for installation and operation.
Transmitter with two signal outputs for measured values or continuous control, two relays as limit switches or controllers, an alarm relay as summary alarm indication, and an input for potential-free contact.
- The flow cell is equipped with a manual flow adjustment valve and a digital sample flow meter.
- Use of the SWAN Back Pressure Regulator is highly recommended.
